a mirror and a good flash light
eco chamber and proton packs.
Don’t cross the streams!
try a voice recorder for EVP that is not so expensive the rest of the equipment is, such as the field monitors and cameras etc
From what I have read, if you do ghost hunting, be sure not to wear any perfume. Gaia3 has covered most of the tools so the only think I can add is always go ghost hunting with someone or a group and never on your own. Only visit places that allows visitors at night so if you see a sign that says “no trespassers” don’t even try going in as you could end up in jail. Happy ghost hunting (I don’t believe in ghost but it would be fun to see what you caught on camera).
