high calorie protein shakes go to a health shop, and theres a bunch of products you can drink that are high calorie also work out to build muscle (there are certain exercises for females so you dont have that bodybuilder look)
what we do is normally put people on liquids such as milk shakes soups anything that is easy to keep down but put dont try eating large amounts as you wont be able to keep it down as you stomach an systom is not used to it best of luck !!!
