There's the Guy I hate

This is a story about me… LOL

OK! … So

There’s this guy I hate at my school we being in the same class since 1st grade So Yeah Anyways there’s the thing … He Won’t Stop bugging me, He’s always Looking at Me, walk’s behind me to make me fall, He’s always following me, He won’t leave me alone and the worst part is… he lives’ Next Door.

The Other Day I was in my classroom and I didn’t see him so I sit down and when I saw him I was like “Oh God will this nightmare will ever end” and he said “Missed me” I said “Eww” , he “I know you want me” I “Of Course NOT” like five minutes later he was asking a lots of question…The teacher was like talking and when I screamed “would you please Shut Up” My teacher thought I said that to him And say to go detention . When then I was putting my stuff in my locker I heard the teacher screamed but I didn’t think it was him. I was like so happy that I never thought that he would do the same.

What does that mean?
