The point of homework?

homework is pointless! it isnt fair we spend half of 5 days a week doing rubbish work so whats the point of more ! Homework needs 2 be banned”!!!

I think homework is “good” in a way.. but I am with you all on the point about being at school all day and then coming home to even MORE that taking me about 3-4 hours depending on what I have. and espcially, what if you dont understand? and then have to turn it in the next day?! I don’t know, I find it kinda pointless. I always wait till school the next day to do it and only do the homework that I have 1-4 period at night. but at least we arnt going to be suprised at the fact of college being all work all day right?? not that great of a point huh? sorry..

Homework is necessary during school. And yes, adults do need to do homework. If you go to college or uni, all your coursework is done in your own time, and most of the assignments take a lot longer than your school homeworl. Most jobs have “homework” of a sort, whether it’s doing extra work, or reading new papers about a particular aspect of your work. I’d get used to it.
