The book of enoch

You know I read in genesis that enoch walked with god 300 years im willingly to bet they had a lot to talk about or maybe god gave him a lot of advise to pass on to us. I did find a book on enoch and it did open up a lot of ideas of our history. has anyone else read this book , and if so what is your opinion on it ?

orion, have you read the books of Enoch? If not how do you know they are not factual or truthful?

The library is filled with books that are not part of the Bible. Are they all nonfactual and nontruthful?

The books that were left out of the Bible was for a very good reason. They were not factual, nor truthful.

Think of it this way; God is our Creator. God gave us Jesus to show us the way. God inspired men to write His words…now don’t you think God is a big enough God to make absolutely sure His ‘love letter’ to us was completely truthful?

I’ve read the books of Enoch. They’re obviously not historical. That said, when you read the New Testament, you can see that it was clearly influenced by the books of Enoch.

It’s a very fascinating book as are most of the ones that were left out of the canonical scriptures.
