I am paying for my daughters college tuition. Do I get to claim this on my taxes?

The only way you can claim her college tuition is if you are also claiming her a dependant on your taxes. If your not claiming her a dependant and she is claiming herself, than you can not claim the money on your taxes.

The school she goes to should send you a form with the info to claim on your taxes.
