I would need to see a picture - if it’s a color tattoo you have to remember that it will cost extra. Also, it depends on the artist, while some may charge one price, another will charge another price. The cheapest price is not always the best offer though - sometimes it means inferior work. You really need to get to know the tattoo artist and shop, make sure they do good work, they are clean, sterile, etc before you decide where to get it done.
