Tanning with clothes?

So im going tanning later, and I was wondering if its safe to wear clothes in the tanning beds? Because I have some back and chest acne and I want to make my skin darker so you cant notice it very much. So if I wear like sweatpants, socks, and cover my arms to not get those parts of my skin tann, will that be a problem? I just want to know if people do that sometimes to even out thir pale back with other tan parts of their body?

You might over heat and possibly pass out by wearing sweats… so I dont think thats a smart idea. try fake tanning. or maybe the lotions that gradually make you tanner. ;)

Answer #3

Its safe , but I recommend not wearing sweats and socks in the tanning bed. You’re going to become EXTREMELY hot and you’re going to be really uncomfortable.

Answer #4

I dont think its a problem. a lot of my friends would keep shorts on when they would go to the tanning bed.. im not sure why but its completely safe. you can also try jergen tanning cream that you apply everyday to get dark and its even safer and looks fantastic :)!
