What goes more with tan skin - brown or black hair?

Well this summer im dying my hair again, the original plan was to go blue and bleach it but my hair has been falling out a lot lately an i don’t think it is worth the risk. What do you think would suit me more considering i go very dark and tan at summer? honest opinions guys.

Personally I find that black hair is beautiful on a female with tan skin :) I think it’d look lovely on you.

I your going for more exotic definitely black, but mine in the sun is more dark chestnut brown with natural honey brown highlights.
