If you rsd the packet you get wiv most tampons it will tell u. It reccomends not leaving in any longer than 8 hours but you wudnt want to keep it in 4 that long any way! Thats only if your going to bed when you keep it in 4 that long x

4-8hours or less depending on how heavy your bleed is. I mean you can leave it in for longer but it’s really not hygenic! When sleeping then you don’t need to wake up and change it or anything. It’s ok to leave it in a bit longer in these circumstances. Although I’d suggest using a pad a night! If you read the box it should tell you but all tampons that I’ve used are 4-8hours. If you leave it in too long you may be at risk of toxic shock syndrome. Hope this helped x

the longest you should leave one in is 5-6 hours.

Tampons left in longer can cause Toxic Shock Syndrome.

Try to get in the habit of taking it out every 4 hours.

not too long just give it a few hours and dont leave it in allday youll get an infection and trust me its not nice :)
