system shutdown

my mp3 player wont stay on or do anything. I turn it on and it reads- battery is too low, system shutdown. it is a sandisk 8gb mp3

Sometimes they freeze up but it’s no biggie. On the Sansa players, reset is usually a combination of holding down the power and a navigation key. Look up the player on their web site and search for reset or reply with the model number and I’ll do it for you.

Try that… or maybe the battery is just too used up and wont hold a charge anymore.
