How can you switch your FunAdvice points to your PayPal for money?

i got an email from paypal saying i got my payement, then another saying i got an echeque, i have no idea who else it could b...

I've only just started putting my points into my pay pal and it's already starting to be a benefit.

Who's the one or ones who are losing money when we gain it? Also, are the admins alloud to cash out their points?
