have a sleepover at her house but let her mum no obviously lol then invite people that she nos like her friends/your friends watever and when she walks in her room shout SURPRISE! and then do watever you normaly do at sleepovers like truth or dare and stuff ;) xx

u should invite her over to your house for a slumber party then have people jump out and yell SURPRISE and have party poper silly string tipee peoples houses and stuff
