Summer camp crush

Theres this guy that is 15 (im 16) and I really think he is cute. He works with me at a summer camp, but I dont know if he likes me or not. I talk to him a little but not a lot… Is there anyway to like send him a signal that I like him with out telling him? Is it wierd to like a guy that is younger than me. He just turned 15 and I just turned 16 2 months ago?
