Studying In America?

Im am going to university next september in kent (Near London) to studie ‘American Studies’ …this is a 4 year degree (with one year abroad in america). The places I can choose to study are from these Universities:

California
Florida
Indiana
Kansas
Maryland
Massachusetts
New York State
North Carolina
Pennsylvania
South Carolina
Tennessee
Wisconsin

Quit a lot to choose from, but I was wondering if an american could let me know which state is the nicest or friendlyest, please? xox

I would say: Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, or South Carolina…Have a great time in America, Welcome !!
