What is this strange sharp/burning sensation in my left breast?

I’m only 17 and I’m only a size A (practically no boobs at all, I know) but at random times I get this sharp, burning feeling on the lower part of my left breast. It had happened to me earlier in life too and went away for quite awhile, but has come back on occasions. Is this something I should be concerned about? Or is it normal?

Could also be indigestion or a number of things.You should contact your doctor asap..Don’t wait too long sweetie..Not trying to scare you but if you wait too long to get checked out,it could turn into something serious and I do not think you would want anything else to worry about..Ok..Please get it checked out..Hugs..* P.S. It could be heartburn, but you do need to see a doctor just to be safe.
