Use less products, if able, use none. Thats a big factor. Also whatever shampoo and conditioner your using can cause that look. Especially your conditioner, I only use it every once in a while or my hair gets all nasty. Ohh, and the cat in your photo is cute :D But, yeah. Try out different types of shampoos or conditioners to see what works best. Maybe it could be your flat iron? Experiment with different things and see what gives the best end look.
If youre using a lot of heat, make sure to use to heat protect!! I agree with kianna and in the mornings try spritzing it with water!
Just dont overdo the heat protectant.
