Stop yawning!

I keep yawning at school, it’s not that I find school that boring but I just yawn even when other people aren’t making me yawn. I get as much sleep as I did last year so it can’t be sleep. How can I stop yawningg?

Yawning has to to with breathing surprizingly. To stop yawning just breath normally I suppose. Like don’t hold your breath. I hoped that helped
