How do I stop my hunger?

I started the Neera Super Cleanse today (lemonade diet) and I am going effing crazy… I WANT FOOD!! But I don’t wanna give in. How can I help this?

Just get your mind off food. Begin a new hobby or get your friends to take you out for some fun (bowling, movies, etc..). I know diets are hard, but remember the main reason your on this diet when you begin to get hungry.

you could get diet pills to suppress you hunger, or drink a lot of water you’ll have to pee so much you won’t want food

Aw I refuse to take diet pills. :D I can’t have anything but the cleanse and water.. bleh… I want chicken. Or strawberries.. yeum.. or… a pickle.
