Exercise, healthy diet, try to go out with friends as much as possible, talk to a professional.
A counselor is anyone that you trust and is willing to listen to you. You only go to a counselor to let off your feelings that are bottled up. Pick someone to talk to that will listen to your cry for help. Surround yourself with positive people and positive things. Read up on depression disorders. Tell your doctor so that it could be on record that you had this problem. Good Luck
change your friends, ignore anyone who does not build u up. Drink more water. Dance to instrumentals. Dont think about donts and wonts and nots and arents. but wills, okays, maybes cans and alrights.
