Stereotypes Hispanics face in today's world?
I have to write a 5 page paper on this subject. Im trying to go beyond the box with this paper for English. Know of every interesting stereotypes? Even statistics work as well.
In the USA if you are many nonhispsnic assume, that if you are Hispanic: 1 You are here illegally 2 You require a Green Card 3 They think you are Mexican 4 That you like Mexican Food 5 That you work in construction or in farms 6 That you send money tax free to Mexico 7 That You are Catholic 8 That you are a migrant worker 9 That You listen to Mexican music exclusively. 10 That You watch Univision and Telemundo 11 That you talk too fast in Spanish 12 That you are the reason for the bad economy 13 That you are a democrat 14 That you like Ricky Martin’s music 15 That you can climb coconut trees and banana trees.
Gracias, señor this is very much helpful and makes me think out the box. Only ones I had on mind where numbers 2,4,9. Some of these are sadly wrong,but yet hilarious xD
