sponsored (skateboarding)

can anyone tell me some details about being sponsored?

and do you think I could get sponsored? im a 14 year old girl. I can ollie, kickflip, caveman, casper, casper 180 flip, rock and roll, drop in, manual, and stall. but these are only REALLY simple tricks, I dont know, can anyone help me?

Well I know someone in my old high school that got sponsored, he was pretty much known around town for his amazing skate boarding so you kind of have to create a name for yourself and become known. Let alone be an amazing skate boarder with tons of tricks up your sleeve, and able to learn this really quickly.

You should read ‘’Tony Hawk Professional Skateboarder’’ by Tony Hawk and Sean Mortimer. He tells you how he became sponsered. And he was only like 14 years old! :)
