spi mp3

We just got a new spi mp3, and we put the songs we wanted on there in the music folder, and on the computer it says they are all in there, but when we try to use the mp3 player there are no songs.

I’ve had that issue and the problem was I was somehow putting the songs in the wrong folder, I know it seems logical to put them in the ‘music’ folder but try putting the songs in the different folders and see if they work.
