Does anyone know how to get a scholarship or government funds to study in Madrid? My son has a european passaport. If someone knows about a room to rent, he is willing to work for room and board.

Your best bet is to contact the college or university directly and ask for information on scholarships or other financial assistance.

Especially if your son has a passport from one of the EU/EEA member states.there are many support arrangements available - and the college or university would know of them.
