What do you think about the song "My Immortal" by Evanescence?

i love amy lees voice, she is like a living instrument, i love that song as well. i had to go get their CDs as soon as i heard their songs, i love all of the songs i have heard from that group.

In my humble opinion it’s a load of mawkish crap. Now some mawkish crap I actually like in a strange way, but to me it’s so deliberately maudlin that any emotion is lost in the bottom of a sick bag.
