Then try and find a way to talk to him. Meet up with him somewhere, get one of your friends who sees him often to tell him that you want to talk to him.

ok 1.he doesnt have a phone 2.I don’t know his numer 3.no computer 4.we are still friends 5.the only way I can talk to him is if he still goes to dodgeball

Just start a conversation with him and become friends again and see where things go from there.
