im in cheerleading and all the rest of the girls are like always taking and laughing with each other and I want to be apart but im always quiet around them how can I be more open because im really shy around people I hardly know

Find something you have in common with them, well you cheerlead together so there is something and just start talking to them about it when you feel there is a good time.
