How to sober up when needed?

Any tips on how to become less drunk? No this isnt to beat any sort of test, have you ever just gotten drunk and you know you’ve have too much to drink? And you’re scared of what you’ll do?

I drink lots of water or dilute juice during the night after I’ve finished drinking. I never get a hangover. hangovers are caused by the brain being dehydrated.

I cant answer your question but I know that if you drink a glass of milk before drinking alcohol it keeps you from getting a hang over and prevents you from getting too drunk. Works for me!

If you’re scared BEFORE you take a drink…scared of what might happen, or what you might do…then I’d say maybe look into AA, or talk to a counselor…It doesn’t sound to me, like you should be drinking at all. Just remember if you have that first drink…then all your “choices” have just vanished.

There are tons and tons of myths. But I believe only time can help. I know its a worthless answer, but its the truth. If your going to drink then you should know when enough is enough, and if you aren’t that responsible then you shouldn’t be drinking in the first place.

a nice full meal before, if you have one type of drink stick that same type all night
