I have a very small make-up..storage? lol. I have black eyeliner, black mascara, blush, and blues/grays/browns/greens/whites in eyeshadows. Is it possible to get Smoky-Eyes with this? I also have liquid black eyeliner, but I don't know how to put it on D:
I've found three How-Tos and two questions that might help you a bit. :)

L'Oreal Studio Secrets Color Smokes Eyeshadow - You get the 4 shades you need in the set and on the back of the product it gives you the steps of which goes first to last and also shows where you should place it on the eye. Also on the Walmart website it gives you a video of how to put the colors on.

& there's a couple different sets depending on what color you wanna base your eye off of. They have the regular Black, gray and silvers. They have a purple set a brown set and another color I forgot..
It's really hard to explain through text, I'd just look for simple smokey eye turtorials on youtube.
