Is there a way to make breasts smaller with exercise?

is their a way to down size your bust by exersicing? I want to be like a 36-c and I am a 38-c I just wish they were a little smaller well acually id love to be a lot smaller but with out sugery witch I dont want I know I cant lose to much so am hoping their a way to just at least go down a little

ooo ok so mybe it is appering larger because of babt fat my son is 6 months and so mybe I do have a little chub left to lose because my breast were a 38dd and that was a nightmare for me after I lost my milk they started going down am not a big person I dont want big boobs it makes me feel goffy

Congrats on the new baby! I was in an accident and gained quite a bit of weight from being laid up for so long. I went from a 36D to a 40DD. Once I started losing weight I went right back to my 36D. If you watch what you eat and exercise as much as possible you should be able to take the 38 down to a 36 with little trouble.

well…if I’m not mistaken, the 38” part includes your chest and is the circuference of it and your upper torso. so if you have a fatty upper toso (some chub) then you can exercise that off. also, sometimes if you lose weight you might go down in cup size. (like down to a b)). but hon, why would you want to change your size? c is the perfect size. it really is.
