I don’t think it would be “slutty” at all (and if I did I would find a different, less offensive, word to describe it anyway). . They look very nice indeed.

However, here in the UK it is almost certain that a girl would be sent home for wearing them to school (from many schools anyway) as they would not conform to the “uniform rules”. But I think that is stupid and an infringement on ones right to personal expression.

If your school allows adequate freedom in dress I would wear them to school if you want to. I think you will look just great in them.

No, not if it is well coordinated with the rest of the clothes. For instance: If the hose are black and white, work in monotones. Monotones don’t startle others. Monotones are shade (darks), grays, and tints (pastels), light grays, with black and white. So having hose in black and white, have your skirt or shorts in dark gray, top in lighter gray with white or black trim, and ware a belt and shoes in black. All coordinate together as a unit. You can even add an accent of any color, in a shade, tint, or basic hue. You can do this with any color of hose in a color and white. You may even start an new style. Do it.

I can see it. Working from the bottom up. Black shoes give you the base or grounding. Black and white hose give you the theme. Dark gray skirt or shorts gives you the mass. Light gray blouse gives you the continuing of the theme, especially, when the blouse has black or white with it. It pulls everything together as a whole coordinated ensemble. Adding a color such as pink, in an accessory, gives it a punch. And puts the attention on that color. The reason why I say pink is, pink is a come and get me color for women. Men are attracted to pink. Especially if it is done in the way I said above. Being that black, gray and white are neutrals the color pink becomes the center focal point. The color pink has a calming effect on men as well as attracting them.

I would totally wear them but I have to say i am pretty much the one who always goes out with their clothes at my school.
