ahh right well i dont really know that many american slang words but i hope these help.. diner is a cafe apartment is a flat sneakers are trainers highway is a motorway sidewalk is the pavement :)

yep, it depends where you are going, drive 2 hours here and they almost talk a completely different language… lol… if you are going to London then; Apples and Pears = stairs Jam Jar = car Mutton and jeff = Deaf Britney Spears = ears etc etc.. Soooo… if you were to ask someone a question and they didnt hear you they might say ‘sorry love can you say that again cos I am a bit mutton in my britneys… LOL. People will always call females ‘love’ or even ‘duck’ can u believe it.. Just dont take offence and ‘keep your pecker up’ :P

erm im not sure but i think people from us call hair bobbles hair ties :L….oh and i dont think we use the word jerk haha in scotland sometimes we my bird instead if my girlfriend hmm thats scottish btw = lassie= girl lad = boy canny= cant dea ken= dont know hehe but i dont think thats what your looking for eh :L?….xxx
