Yes. If you use 21 pill packages where you take the pill for 3 weeks then go a week off don’t take the week off; immediately start taking pills from your next package. If you use 28 pill packages when you get to the week where you take inactive pills skip these and start taking the active pills from your next package.

You can skip coming on but i can’t remember how it was done but i think it involved taking a pill. Don’t quote but yes it’s possible.
