Sore throat Headache Neck Pain Tiredness Hot and cold spells.

no they aren’t signs of hay-fever. Hay-fever symptoms would be running/itchy nose Sneezing Itchy ears & roof of mouth Dark circles around the eyes also you can have bloodshot eyes which is what I get
