hey im 21 and 5’5 an am 200 pounds I really feel fat all the time I have a gym right here at my apt. but am very shy (I always think someone looking at me an makin fun of me) I try to get my friend to come work out with me but she lives 1 hour away please help me how can I get over my fear of people watchin me work out and how can I lose me pounds fast

u aint the only fat person in the worls. no1 cares if your chubby.. thats why a lot of people go to the gym! stop caring what people think. just go to a womans only gym and you will adjust. trust mee. I am 5’6 155 lbs and am STILL shy about working out in front of people. I do it anyways . dont worry they dont care. a lot actually are happy for you that you decided to make changes.

I always hear people say they have to be fit before working out, which does not make sense. Feel confident work out who cares who is watching or not watching. Do something for yourself and work out and eat sensibly
