Should I tell the guy I like before it's too late?

There is this guy I’ve liked for almost a year now. We’ve talked and he came to one of the parties I’ve invited him to. We’re not really good friends but we talk sometimes and we have these moments where we look at each other for a long time in the hallway.. I get like mixed signals and have absolutely no idea if he’s interested.. recently though I heard he was flirting with my best friend but maybe it was only like a desperae drunken mistake :S anyway he’s ending school now in like 2 weeks and I want to talk to him before that but don’t know how to…

talk to him…ask him out on a date…like to a movie or something..

if you don’t you’ll be regretting it for a long time and you’ll never know if things could possible happen. Plus since he’s finishing school you won’t have to worry about it being akward if he happens not to like you.
