Should I actually still worry about pregnancy?

so this is how it goes

I have never had a normal cycle in period
I think that I have oligomenorrhea(which means 3-9 periods a year and not 12)
my last period was three months ago
these three to months I’ve had a light brown discharge about 3 times for 4 to 5 days each.
I just took a pregnancy test and it was clearly negative.
I ‘m taking some pills which help the period come and it’s been 4 days and 10 pills

…but NO PERIOD!

I surely need a Doctor but…

is there anyone out there with similar experience who can tell me something about what I’m going through? I think I’m going to go bloody crazy…:( if I see no blood coming…
