Yes…but depending on the situation, you may have to file a form (sorry, I don’t remember what it’s called).
Talk to a lawyer and try to file a motion of non-disclosure. It might make it a little it easier. Aslo it depends how long ago it was, was it an A or B misdemeanor, did you go to jail for a few months or did you get deffered adjudification(sp?)??? There are tons of fators in it. Good luck! Just work your butt off and show them that you’re a different person now. Everyone makes mistakes and almost everyone deserves a seconed chance.
