Shopping Addiction?

Well every time I get upset or some I HAVE to go shopping.

It makes me feel SOOO Much better. && Im not talking like

A One time thing its like EVERY time someone hurts or disappoints me.

It gives me some sort of relief && I just realized this because I went in my

Room && I had all this useless stuff. Im really like in shock with myself

I cant believe I’ve been doing this. But my shopping addiction is like REALLY bad

Its like spending 100-300Dollars Everytime I go to the mall && its my PARENTS

Money so now I feel horrible. What do yall think I should do? Please dont give me any

Rude comments I know im doing wrong, && Just because its shopping doesnt

Mean its not serious it could be just as bad as Anorexia/Bullimia/Drugg All

its still an addiction though and its not a very good ont to have, also not the best one when it comes to money try this… when you think of buying something, dont have a look at it, picture what you would do with it or use it for imagine you have it and are using it… and then leave it there, wait at least a day before going back to the store and having a look at it again after youve had a long hard think about it, youll be able to think more clearly and then you can decide if its something you really want to spend your money on start off with a day or two of waiting and then work up to a longer period try to hold off your urges nbecause whatever it is, its probably going to be in that store for a while and even if it does end up going, remember that its not the end of the world

Well now that you’ve realized this, you should try to control and be aware of your spending when you are upset. Just ask yourself “Do I really NEED this?” when you’re tempted to buy something.
