Hi,

You should be able to wiggle your toes in the front of the shoe. For most footwear, your toes will be able to touch the top of the shoe, but there should be 3/8” to 1/2” of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe.

There are a couple of Dr. Scholls options that may help you:

  1. Dr. Scholl’s Molefoam Padding: Lose the “sore foot” limp. This soft latex foam padding material helps relieve painful shoe friction and pressure by cushioning calluses, bunions and tender spots. Cut material to fit any size or shape and apply directly on the foot.

  2. Dr. Scholl’s Stepwell insoles: A blessing on long walks. Dr. Scholl’s StepWell Insoles are designed to evenly distribute pressure and help relieve pain and discomfort.

Good luck!
