Might be that they do know it, they are just making you think they don’t. Or it could be as simple as they are pleasing themselfs, and done living for everyone else.
Yes its very possilble cuz all they can care bout them selves but if u r self centered it means you have good self esteem im mean im spoiled and selfcenterd but i know wen to simmeer down and care bout others too!
They are often so focused on the good in them, that they don’t realize how awful they are behaving in doing so.
Isnt that the definition of being self centered? Being unaware of how one’s actions and behaviors impact others? It kinda goes without saying.
