Why does every school around the world decide to give the students breaks in June?

i mean different states should have different month vacations?

Answer #1

. Schools have vacations during every month of the year don’t they? . Strewth, they’re hardly ever in school.
It’s no wonder the standard of mathematics, spelling and punctuation are so poor these days. .

Answer #2

I dont understand your question. Not every school around the world has holidays in June. This year in my country school students get two weeks off in April, two weeks off in July, two weeks off in October and then summer holiday is from about the 20th of December to the end of January. I also dont understand why you started off talking about the world, and then ended talking about states…

Answer #3

It’s good that at school have vacations. While you will become a professional, there is hardly any vacation. So, enjoy your vacations.

Answer #4

I wish they didn’t have such a long vacation

Answer #5

I agree with you.

Answer #6

I agree with you.

Answer #7

Where I live, schools have no say about vacations at all.

The vacations planned centrally and depend on which of the federal states you live in. They usually see to have the more populated states start their vacations in different weeks. Because my country is very densely populated and we’d have total chaos in traffic if all people went the same date.

Answer #8

School breaks were traditionally given to coincide with farming activities. Years ago when labour was short, the children were expected to help with sowing, harvesting and such.

The breaks have continued in this vein for years, although the reasons are not the same.

In the current times, the teachers and the students are expected to perform at a high standard. The teachers must prepare for the coming terms, and this cannot be achieved overnight. Hence, the frequent school breaks.

Answer #9

So basically to summarize what everyone said, your question makes no sense because it is false. Every school around the world does not give their students a break at the same time.

Answer #10

Well the weather is hot…and we’ve went to school for like 9 months so i think we deserve it..and then it september a new year begins haha :)
