Original fundraising ideas for school?

ok, so for those who have read my campaign slogans question, I ran for student council. and anyone who has recently seen that question, I updated it to tell every1 that I am now a member of student council. 

 ok, my question is: what are some awesomely original fund raising ideas? keep in mind, I have some ideas like car wash and bake sale, so please, dont giv me those ideas bac.=)

Well at my school we did a walk a mile in her shoes. Where the guys wore heels for a day to fund raise for cancer. We had people sponser them and they had to complete a day in womens high heels everyone thought it was really cool and a good way to show support for cancer.

We also right now are donating money for our whole basketball team to shave their heads. If we make it to 10,000 then they have to do it. I think it’s funny and it is to raise money for new uniforms for sports teams

You can always be safe and have a bake sale it works every time

For my softball team we have a media guide that has all this info about the players and in the back of the guide we sold ads (for 200 USD a page, 150 USD 1/2 page and 100 USD 1/4 page). Each player has to sell at least 300 USD’s worth of ads and then we buy our uniforms with that money.
You could do something like that only like with info about the school or a different team or class every month. something like that

car washes always go over really well. just get a lot of people’s parents aware and they’ll want to support the school. just make sure people know about it. make posters, announcements, the whole deal. also penny pots are fun. thats where each grade has a pot (we use those giant water bottle jug things) and pennies count good but bills and silver count bad. so the idea is each grade puts pennies in their own pot but puts bills and silver in others! the grade with the most points wins. (not the most money) but, you end up raising a LOT of money because people put bills in other jars because they want to win. those are super fun and make a lot if you get people syked.
