I’m 19 years old, & I’ve been in the same bra size since I was a sophomore in high school. Go figure.

you probably DON’T have breast cancer and your still young and have plenty of time to develope…girls have different boob rates..

Yes that’s normal.People develop at different rates.Give it another year .At the very most.
