Samsung blackjack- Can I voice dial on it?

Hi I just got the new Samsung Blackjack phone.

Can I use voicedial on it? Where I program my voice and I can just say the name and the phone calls it?

There is some information about it - I’m pretty sure you can use voice dial. There should be some sort of information in the manual.
