Same guy different problem

Ok so the guy that I talked about in one of my previous question is still in my life. Here’s the thing me & him have been through it all. I fell in love with him & at one point at time I thought he was all I needed until I matured & realized there is more fish in the sea. Well the thing is he didnt want to commit because he said he didnt want to hurt me so I couldnt do nothing but respect that. He said he wasnt done messing around with other girls. But hey dont think I played the fool. I dated other people but while dating other people they fell in love with me. They opened up to me & gave me their all. But in return I wouldnt give them anything. I wouldnt let myself love them or fall in love because they weren’t [him]. But recently he’s changed he cried to me the other day & told me he realized who he needed & doesnt need in his life.that he loved me.& ever since that conversation he’s been so different.but I’m not in love with him anymore.I dont feel the same as I use to. My heart is ready to move on. But I dont wanna move on just yet & as soon as I do he comes & says he ready to commit. Yikes! You know? What do I do? Somebody help please.
