Running Question.

Does running ultimately make your stomach flatter? Does it matter whether your running outside/treadmill? I’m just trying to lose some fat on my stomach

Answer #1

I’m not sure. I don’t think your stomach would get flatter. Running will make your legs smaller and skinnier and have muscle. But I am pretty sure that the water you drink while running will make your stomach get smaller. Also…eat healthy…like an apple or some sort of fruit/small snack Don’t eat junk…And make sure your getting enough protein.

Answer #5

how does water while running make your stomach smaller? thats really cool

Answer #6

Yes it does make your stomach flatter cause your stomach also gets exercised. Some runners have amazing six packs from the running. And no it doesn’t matter whether you run outside or on a treadmill as long as you do it properly. (I personally prefer outside) Also make sure you have proper shoes. And then about the water while you are running. Don’t drink a lot of water while you are running it could cause some pretty bad cramps. Rather drink enough water between your excercise sessions.
