Transfer a ringtone from email to cell phone?

My friend e-mailed me a cute Ringtone. Does anyone know how or if I can send it to my cell-phone and what the process is > Thanks

You could download the email attachment on your cellphone if it has Internet access.

OR you can get a USB cord and transfer it that way, if your phone supports it.

Save the ringtone in your comptuer then send to your phone by Buletooth or IR or USB
