You will have to cut them. There is no way to get rid of them. All those treatments that claim to bind them or heal them do not work, at most, they reduce the appearance of split ends. Once your hair is split you will have to cut them. Just go to the salon and get a trim. And once the split ends are gone, your hair will be healthier which will allow them to grow at the proper speed. Along with that, try using less heat on your hair as well as dyes and chemicals while trying to grow it out. I’d recommend some sort of hot oil treatment whether done at home or at a salon. Be sure you do condition regularly as well. With that future split ends will be prevented, though not eliminated all together. And even when growing hair out, it is recommended to get hair trimmed regularly to get rid of split ends.

Yes you still have to get your hair cut to get rid of the split rinds. There is no other way of getting rid of them. You don’t have to cut off a lot of your hair to do so….but when you cut your hair it is healthy for it and it actually makes your hair grow faster too when you get it trimmed. Also try not to dye your hair as much either or if you straighten it all the time or put lots of product in it that will give you split ends faster
