How can i get rid of the flying nats in our kitchen?

I have no idea where they are coming from and im tired of getting little bites every time i go to wash dishes or cook.

bug spray.. or clean ur kitchen out wth clorox.. lol. thats wat i do :)

There are several products that you can buy that are like sticky traps. It is best to put them close to or at least near a window, because flying insects almost always are attracted to light - unless you are nearby and they want to nibble. ;) Make sure that no trash cans are right near your back door, as they could be breeding there and then flying inside to bother you.
